What is Ayushman Bharat Yojana PMJAY) ?

The Ayushman Bharat Yojana, also known as Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY), is a government healthcare scheme in India launched by the Government of India in September 2018. • Following Instructions can be used by the Applicants to Apply Online Ayushman Bharat Card 2025 @ pmjay.gov.in.
• Visit the above mentioned portal and click on Create ABHA Card.
• Enter the Aadhar Card Number and then enter the OTP.
• Now proceed for the application form and enter the details.
• Upload Documents and Certificates to complete the registration.
• Submit the application and wait for approval from authorities.

Download Ayushman Bharat Card

You can Download Ayushman Bharat Card 2025 @ pmjay.gov.in using the Following steps.

• Visit pmjay.gov.in and click on Download Ayushman Card button.
• Enter the Aadhar Card Number and then OTP to move ahead.
• Check the Digital Copy of your Ayushman Card and then download it.
• Take a print out and use it for availing cashless treatment in the empanelled hospitals.

Ayushman Card Status Check 2025

• You can check the Ayushman Card Status 2023 on the pmjay.gov.in portal using the basic details. Once you have submitted the application then you should wait for a few more days to get your application approved. If your application is not approved within 9-10 Days then you should visit the official website and check your status. Enter the Aadhar Card Number or Mobile Number to check the ABHA Card status on the portal. Once your application is approved, you will be able to download the Ayushman Card which helps you further in availing the Benefits of the scheme. If there is any error being shown on the status page then you should make the required corrections.

Since the implementation of the Ayushman Bharat Yojana, a huge number of hospitals have been empanelled. As of July 20, 2021, approximately 23,300 hospitals were empanelled under the scheme by the governments of various states and union territories.

• Step 3: Select the type of hospital you’re looking for – public, private and for-profit, private and non-profit.

• Step 5: Type the captcha in the given box.
• Step 6: Click on ‘Search’.
